The Board of Governors has the responsibility of the elaboration of the general policies and procedures of the institutions, the approval of annual budget, and nominations of academic authorities, faculties and staffs.

The administration is taken care of by the president who serves also as the dean of campuses, the educational director, the academic dean, the Treasurer, and the web master helped by a staff.
